Call Center Customer Service

Kasmir Fabrics, a leading national wholesale distributor of decorative home fabrics and products has an immediate opening in our customer service department for a call center associate. Our friendly team seeks someone with an upbeat personality, professional attitude and stellar communication skills.

The primary responsibility is to develop and maintain excellent relationships with our customers by:

  • Processing incoming orders by phone, fax or email
  • Answering questions about products, pricing and orders
  • Advising and providing workable solutions

Requirements include:

  • Data entry or call center experience
  • Attention to detail, accuracy and organizational skills
  • Follow up and multi-tasking skills
  • Good phone etiquette and a clear phone voice
  • Outstanding attendance
  • Self starter, team player and a quick learner
  • Fabric, textile or interior design knowledge is a big plus
