Sample books are as important to you as a palette is to an artist. Kasmir lays
out our books logically, by keeping similar types of fabrics with similar price
points in color rotation order. From the size of our individual swatches, to
color photography that enhances the product, Kasmir will give you that
functional edge to help close the sale.
Kasmir's commitment to our retailers is to find and merchandise products that
fill specific market niches, not normally covered by our regular fabrics and
product line.
Two such examples include Kasmir's Three- Book Designer Print Collections, and
our Decorative Trim Lines.

Anyone can sell fabric. Kasmir's mission is to make service our most important
"product." Our personnel are trained to be knowledgeable, helpful, accurate,
and reliable.
We maintain an in-depth inventory of every pattern and color we offer, giving
our customers the products they need, when they need them. Because of our
service center branch network, if the product you want is not in stock at one
location, it is usually in another branch service center. In those rare
instance when we are in a backorder situation, we will keep you continually
informed as to the status of your order. |

|
"ESP" stands for Express Stock Position. This exclusive Kasmir Service
allows the customer to check fabric stock availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a
week. |

You can receive invoices, statements, and other documents from Kasmir Fabrics
by e-mail. Get the information you need faster. It's easy and accurate and not
"in the mail". And there is NO CHARGE for this service.

| Credit |
Kasmir Fabrics handles our own credit for your convenience. The credit
department is located at our Dallas Home office.
Our open terms are NET 10 EOM, with a monthly cutoff date of the 24th of each
month. This means that an invoice dated January 24th is due on February 10th;
an invoice dated January 25th is due on March 10th.
